Even though Red Ocean is a kind of Strategy, Here Red Ocean is also Nepali to English converted of Founder/ Directors Parent’s Name LAL as Red (Father) & SAMUNDRA as Ocean (Mother) . First Red Ocean was established in Nepal, Kathmandu as Red Ocean Entertainment PVT in JAN 2nd 2019, and on Oct 25, 2021 In USA as Red Ocean Multi Academy LLC . Academy’s main aim is to provide schooling, education of different arts, culture & martial arts with producing, filming and supplying related materials.
Bikash Ghale Gurung, Founder & Director
Bikash Ghale Gurung is a renowned name as Writer, Director, and Choreographer in the Nepali Filmindistry. He is also recognized as an all-rounder being the certificate holder of Taekwondo 5th Dan Black Belt (IM, IR).
Additionally, he is a Dance Instructor, Video Editor, Lyricist, Script Writer, Ramp Choreographer, Theater Artist, and Social Worker too.
Furthermore, he is the Founder-Director of Red Ocean Entertainment (Nepal), and Red Ocean Multi Academy (USA).

He has Been awarded with MR and Miss Rajdhani 2010 (finalist- Best Sports), Rapti Music Award 2014 Best Music Video Director (Public choice) , National Capital Award 2015 ( Best Choreographer) .The World Taekwondo Hanmadang 2016 (Bronze Medalist), National Capital Award 2018 (Best Classical Video Director), Third Kathmandu Short Film Festival 2017 (Best Documentary),Social Media Film Encouragement Award 2019, Nateshwar Music Award 2019 (Best Music Video Director ), Jazba Award 2019, Furthermore he is the founder man of Lal-Shamundra National Multi Talented Award, Founder Chairman of Red Ocean Entertainment
and INAS PA Chapter as well as Program Director OF UGSA. At last not at the list he has introduced himself as professional choreographer for more than 25 years In this field and more than 15 years in one of the most historical Organizations called NPC of Nepal.
Santi Gurung is CEO of Red Ocean in the USA . She is also a professional producer in Nepali Film and music Industry as well.
Adv. Damodar Poudel is CEO of Red Ocean Nepal branch. He is also a professional advisor / advocate in Nepal. Furthermore he is a professional Actor in Nepali Film Industry too.
Kashi (Indra) Ghale is Program Director/ Co-Ordinator of Red Ocean Nepal branch. She is also a professional Actress, Choreographer in Nepali Film Industry too.
